Don’t feel bad about the mom set up… one of my best friends from home (27 years old mind you) got set up with her mother’s co-worker’s son. This was about three months ago and they’re actually exclusive now…

my mom has tried to set me up, too. much like her christmas presents, they are either hit or miss.

the first guy had bad teeth and was into Milton and Jethro Tull. (”Who?” I asked at the time.)

but the next guy was so smokin hot and SO COOL i’m still trying to figure out how he can father my children from two states away. of course, he doesn’t know i’m alive. but his mom is all about getting us together. so the moms are working on it.

he lives in richmond. if i thought you might know him, i’d ask you to talk me up to him. *sigh*

i did the “blind date thing” once, and it was waaaaay awkward. never doing it again!
